Requirements and Qualification

*Education

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, mechatronic, automation or industrial engineering.

*Experience

- Minimum 5 years in technical sales of industrial equipment.

- Understanding of motor dynamics, power transmission, and automation.

- Business or Sales Training – Knowledge of B2C sales strategies and customer relationship management.

*Sales Target Bonus & 13th salary bonus.

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for geared motors, gearboxes, and drive solutions in various industries.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, system integrators, sales partners, and end-users.

- Prepare and conduct technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

- Provide technical guidance to customers on product selection.

- Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

- Use CRM tools for reports, including new opportunities and customer visits.

- Travel frequently to visit customers to seek new opportunities.

- Follow up on accounts receivable for your designated customer base within the assigned sales territory and ensure on-time payments.

- Any other sales, after-sales service and business/market development-related tasks assigned by the management of the company.
