• Degree in Biotechnology, Chemistry or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience selling laboratory equipment.
• Experience in laboratory work (e.g. Microbiology, Cell culture, QC, Biomolecular, Chemistry) is a plus.
• Negotiation, teamwork, and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Sell Esco products and meet sales targets.
• Build and maintain a network of clients in assigned market (Mekong Delta region).
• Foster customer relationships and provide ongoing support.
• Work with the Sales Manager to increase market share and collect receivables.
• Oversee sales operations from ordering to delivery and collection.
• Visit laboratories, medical, and pharmaceutical end-users to promote Esco products and services.
• Conduct safety awareness programs and seminars at client sites (universities, hospitals, etc.)
• Follow up on quotations and update status weekly.
• Provide product training to dealers.
• Collaborate with dealers at exhibitions and events.
• Plan and execute marketing activities and report on product performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
