1. JOB SUMMARY

Our Sales Internship Program is designed for high-potential students and fresh graduates who are passionate about sales and eager to build a strong foundation in commercial excellence. Through training, hands-on field exposure, and mentorship from experienced sales leaders, you will develop practical skills in sales execution, customer relationship management, market development, and business analysis. 2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Sales & Business Development

• Support the execution of sales plans to achieve assigned targets.

• Visit customers and outlets to understand business needs and market opportunities.

• Assist in expanding product distribution and increasing sales performance.

• Monitor product availability and visibility at points of sale.

2. Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain relationships with customers and business partners.

• Support customer engagement activities and follow up on business agreements.

• Gather customer feedback and market insights to identify growth opportunities.

3. Market & Competitor Analysis

• Collect and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.

• Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.

• Prepare reports and recommendations for the sales team.

4. Trade Activation & Brand Execution

• Support the implementation of trade promotions and activation programs.

• Monitor execution quality at outlets and ensure brand visibility standards.

• Coordinate with Marketing and Trade Marketing teams on promotional activities.

5. Digital & CRM Excellence

• Maintain accurate customer information in CRM systems.

• Support sales reporting and data analysis.

• Learn how technology and data drive commercial decisions.

6. Learning & Development

• Participate in structured sales training and field coaching.

• Work closely with experienced Sales Managers and mentors.

• Gain exposure to different sales channels and customer segments.
