Yêu cầu công việc

- Experience:1–3 years' experience in sales, preferably in the bag manufacturing or related industry/ Fresh graduates with a related major.

- Strong customer management and sales strategy experience.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong knowledge of MS Office and related software.

- Fluency in English or other foreign languages is a plus.

Position Overview: The Sales MD will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue and manage customer relationships. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and increasing product sales through effective sales management.

- Manage and develop good relationships with customers.

- Handle customer requests, quotations, sample development, and orders.

- Follow orders from sample, production, to delivery.

- Work with factories, suppliers, and other departments to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

- Follow the order schedule and solve problems when needed.

- Assist in setting product pricing and negotiating contracts.

- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues or complaints effectively.

- Do other tasks assigned by the manager.
