Công việc cụ thể là gì?

a. Sales management/ Quản lý và thúc đẩy hoạt động bán hàng - Managing sales productivity, sales persistency of assigned portfolio. - Planning and executing BU based customer activities to generate referrals and leads. - Help to drive business development or other activities launched by company to recognize superior performance and drive sales. - Be able to support/conduct/organize sales seminars, group presentation, customer events. - Act as an escalation contact point to the assigned business units or area. b. Relationship management/ Phối hợp và phát triển quan hệ kinh doanh - Visiting business units and meeting the BU Head and sales team on regular basis. - Coordinating closely with the sales staff for all business-related issues of the assigned business units. - Building up and maintaining close relationships at the partner BU levels to ensure the business achievement. - Building up good cooperation with internal departments. - Plan working schedule with BU Head and ensure smooth execution. c. Training/ Đào tạo: - Coordinating and/or be able to be delivering product training, soft skill and techniques of sales cycle in order to improve the quality and professionalism of sales team. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 09:00 - 18:00 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
