• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, and networking to create new sales revenue. • Responsible for securing new customers and maintaining and developing existing accounts. • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. • Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their demands and concerns. • Provide support, information, and guidance for clients • Responsible for establishing and managing relationships with customers in need of the company’s freight transportation services. • Take ownership of customer issues and follow through till resolution. • Represent the company in negotiating and building relationships with shippers and carriers. • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections. • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams. • Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner. • Follow up and monitor outstanding customers’ payments. • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information for the market • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 08:00 - 17:30 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
