- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales, training, or sales enablement roles with proven training delivery expertise. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences. - A confident, strong, friendly personality. - Self motivated with ability to work and deliver under pressure. - Excellent rapport building skills. - Ability to motivate, inspire and develop others, leading by example, high attention to details. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Education, or a related field. - Computer software (Excel, Word, PPT). - Strong communication skills in Vietnamese. - Fluent English written and verbal skills.

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

- Responsible for designing and delivering effective sales training programs that align with business goals and enhance team performance. - Develop engaging and tailored sales training programs to address skill gaps and align with business goals. - Facilitate interactive workshops and e-learning sessions to train new and existing sales staff. - Incorporate real-world scenarios and role-plays into training modules. - Assess training effectiveness using feedback, tests, and sales performance data. - Collaborate with sales managers/team leaders to identify underperforming areas. - Track and report training metrics and outcomes to senior management. - Align training content with sales strategies, market trends, and customer needs. - Work with product and marketing teams to incorporate product knowledge into training. - Utilize digital tools and platforms to scale training initiatives. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 08:00 - 17:00 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
