Senior Accountant _ Hanoi

Job Summary:

The General Accountant is responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records, preparing

financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations, and

supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. This role works closely with internal

departments and external auditors to ensure the integrity of financial information.

Scope of work:

1. Financial Reporting

• Record and reconcile daily accounting transactions to the ERP system

• Prepare monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

2. Tax and Compliance

• Prepare and submit tax returns (VAT, CIT, FCT) in accordance with applicable tax

regulations.

• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), tax regulations, and the

Company's accounting policies.

• Prepare statutory reports for government authorities, including loan reports, statistical

reports, and investment evaluation reports, as required.

3. Ad-hoc Tasks

• Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, banks, and other regulatory agencies as

required.

• Review vendor contracts from an accounting and tax compliance perspective for internal

procurement.

• Participate in process improvement initiatives and finance-related projects.

• Perform other duties assigned by the Chief Accountant.
