1. Must Have:
. 5+ years of backend software engineering experience.
. Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) — or strong experience in another modern backend
language (Java, Python, Node.js) with demonstrated ability to ramp up on Go quickly.
. Solid SQL and relational database experience (MySQL preferred).
. Comfortable reading, understanding, and refactoring legacy code.
. Hands-on experience with Docker, Linux, and VPS/cloud deployment.
. Ability to analyze a system end-to-end and identify weak points — not just write features.
. Working business English (written + spoken) for direct collaboration with Korean and overseas
partners.
2. Strongly Preferred:
. Hands-on experience using AI coding tools in real production work.
. Experience integrating with e-commerce platform APIs (Shopee / TikTok / Lazada / Tiki).
. Experience with Redis, JWT auth, webhook-driven event processing.
. Experience managing or working with external development partners.
3. Additional:
. Background in retail, e-commerce, or logistics systems.
. Experience with ERP-class systems.

THE ROLE:
You will own the stability, maintenance, and evolution of our internal commerce systems. Our
current stack is built on Go (Golang) — but more important than the language is your ability to
read code, analyze systems end-to-end, and ship reliable improvements.
You will work closely with our Korean and overseas development partners to evolve the current
OMS/WMS into an ERP-class platform, while keeping daily operations rock-solid.
This is a hands-on role. You write code, debug production issues, design data structures, and
manage your own work — not just direct others.
What You'll Own:
Keep production systems running reliably: Order Management, Stock Management, Warehouse,
Packaging, Reporting.
Handle bug fixes, performance tuning, and incident response.
Maintain integrations with Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Tiki, and our brand websites (webhook
+ REST APIs).
1. Evolution toward ERP
Collaborate with Korean and overseas development partners to redesign and extend the current
system into an ERP-class platform.
Translate business requirements (from Operations, Finance, Warehouse, Marketing) into clear
technical specs.
Drive architectural improvements: DB normalization, multi-DB strategy, observability, high
availability.
2. AI-Assisted Development
Use AI development tools (Claude Code, Codex, Copilot, or equivalent) as a core part of your
daily workflow.
Apply AI to accelerate code review, debugging, documentation, and feature development.
You don't need to be an AI/ML engineer — but you must be comfortable working with AI as a
partner.
3. Project & Partner Management
Plan, estimate, and track your own development work.
Maintain technical documentation (architecture, runbooks, SOPs, change logs).
Coordinate with external development partners: define scope, review deliverables, manage
timelines.
4. Team Scaling (As Needed)
If business growth requires more development capacity, you will help us scope and onboard
additional internal or external developers.
