Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Auditing.
Experience
- At least 3 years in accounting, management accounting, or financial analysis.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of financial and management accounting.
- Excellent financial analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Proficient with accounting software, especially ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Integrity, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to make timely decisions.
- Willing to travel when required.
1. Job Summary
- The Senior Commercial Management Accountant Specialist is responsible for supporting and reviewing the commercial budgeting process, monitoring budget execution, preparing cost analysis reports, and ensuring timely and accurate financial information for the Domestic Sales Division and Strategy Planning Department. The role also performs P&L analysis for Key Account customers with special pricing or support arrangements and reviews trade promotion programs across sales channels.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Collect and consolidate data to support the annual budgeting process for the Domestic Sales Division and the Strategic Planning Department.
- Review consolidated sales budgets and propose alternative scenarios to help achieve the company’s business objectives.
- Prepare, check, and analyze monthly budget reports; compare actual vs. budget vs. previous periods.
- Gather and consolidate data to prepare monthly cost analysis reports for sales channels.
- Support preparation of channel revenue, profit, and selling expense reports.
- Prepare P&L reports for Key Account customers with off-scheme support or special pricing policies.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.
