Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Law / Business Administration;

- Minimum 2 years in Legal / Licensing fields;

- Familiar with Investment & Enterprise Laws;

- Good English in 4 skills;

- Experience in a consulting firm is a plus;

- Be a communicator and able to thrive in an MNC environment;

- Professional, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work under high pressure/deadlines.

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

- Provide legal and regulatory advisory to multinational clients in connection with their establishment, expansion, restructuring and ongoing operations in Vietnam;

- Communicate and liaise directly with clients and relevant third parties, including government authorities, law firms, translation agencies, property management companies and other service providers, to facilitate the execution of client matters;

- Monitor the progress of ongoing matters, proactively identify potential issues or delays, and propose appropriate solutions to ensure timely completion;

- Review and perform quality control of work prepared by Consultants and provide guidance and support to junior team members where necessary;

- Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure smooth delivery of client engagements and alignment across different workstreams;

- Perform other assignments and responsibilities as required.
