Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science is required. A major Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, or Industrial Engineering or a related field is preferred. - At least 5 year CI/Lean manufacturing management experiences in multi-national company. - Strong experience with data analytics tools (Minitab, Power BI, MS Project, Excel). - Good in English listening, speaking, reading and writing. - Capability to promote team-working and collaboration among the different functions both at local and Group level. - Deep understanding and have and experienced about: - Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (Wastes, VSM, SMED, 6S, Poka-yoke, PDCA, DMAIC, SIPOC, FMEA, DOE…). - Power BI, Power Automate. - Strong facilitation and problem-solving skills. - Capable of analysing process data and interpreting statistical results. - Having knowledge of the ISO (9001, 14001, Knowledge of IATF 16949 is a plus.) - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
