Senior Executive Commercial (Procurement/purchasing) - Remote

Main Areas of Responsibility:

Willing to travel frequently:

- Negotiate, review, and administer major commercial, supplier to achieve company’s target and other project-related contracts

- Handle changes related to shipment plan to fulfill shipments without any impact on the mill’s inventory

- Follow up and monitor confirmed orders with shippers to ensure smooth shipment loading/discharging in terms of volume and quality matters.

- Coordinate with Quality Control team for chip mill visiting and quality improvements daily/weekly/monthly

- Handle all the related issues arising before, during, and after vessel loading and liaise with Quality Inspection team during vessel loading

- Develop, execute potential suppliers and category strategies to drive market expansion

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key shippers, and internal cross-functional teams proactively.

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly and other reports assigned by Supervisor

- Obtain market information and coordinate with Market Intelligence team to update accurate market information; analyze and identify market trends/ buying patterns to support management’s decision

- Other assignments required by management.
