- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience - Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects (branding, print, digital campaign, website) and highlighting problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Figma is a plus) - Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web design principles; familiarity with JavaScript is a plus. - Strong sense of typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling - Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) - required for daily collaboration with international stakeholders - A keen eye for detail and commitment to design quality - No leadership or people-management experience required - this role is focused purely on design craft

This is an individual-contributor role - with strong, senior-level design skills who can take ownership of projects from concept to final delivery with minimal supervision.
