KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Operate and maintain the WAY4 Core Card system and its satellite systems in production and UAT environments. • Build, maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines for fast, secure, and reliable deployments. • Manage containerized applications and services using Docker, Kubernetes. • Design and implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack. • Ensure system compliance with PCI DSS, Cir-50, and other regulatory and internal security standards. • Automate system operations and infrastructure provisioning using Ansible, Terraform, or similar tools. • Support and coordinate with card product teams (Credit/Debit/Prepaid), Fraud team, and other stakeholders on system operations and enhancements. • Manage and monitor batch processes, transaction flows, and payment interfaces across systems. • Collaborate with vendors (e.g., OpenWay) and internal teams on WAY4 version upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts. • Analyze system performance and implement tuning and optimization. • Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 09:00 - 18:00 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm
