• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or Urban Planning.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in landscape design.
• Experience with large-scale projects such as resorts, theme parks, or mixed-use developments is preferred.
• Familiarity with tropical landscape design is highly advantageous.
• Strong concept design and spatial planning skills.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Fluent in English for communication and coordination

Job Summary
The Senior Landscape Architect is responsible for leading the design concept and development of landscape packages within assigned projects.
Working under the direction of the Project Leader, this role focuses on design excellence, concept development, and technical coordination, ensuring that landscape solutions are creative, feasible, and aligned with the overall project strategy.
Key Responsibilities
• Concept & Design Leadership (Core Focus)
- Develop the primary design concept for landscape projects.
- Create a clear and compelling design narrative.
- Define style, materials, ecosystem, and spatial experience.
- Present concepts using moodboards, sketches, 3D massing, and diagrams.
- Present and defend design ideas to clients.
• Design Development
- Transform concepts into feasible design solutions.
- Control the quality of landscape design documentation.
- Ensure alignment between concept and technical documentation.
• Coordination
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design integration across all project stages.
• Team Guidance & Leadership
- Train, mentor, and provide design guidance to junior staff.
• Others
- Other duties/jobs assigned or requested by the superiors and the board of directors
