- Education: University Degree in Electrical and Electronic, Mechanical, Industrial, Production or other related Engineering discipline or equivalent. - Experience: Minimum 2 years relevant experiences in project follow up in the engineering industry. Working in power tools field is an advantage. - Knowledge: • Knowledge in motor design & manufacturing process, BLDC is preferred. • Good computer experience with Windows, Microsoft Office, email communication, CAD. • Familiar with application for safety approval such as UL, CSA, CE, BS, SAA. • Understand well Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). • Experience with Design of Experiments (DOE) for product optimization and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles during product development. - Functional Skills: • Motor knowledge, BLDC is preferred. • Machining, die casting, plastic injection molding knowledge. • Product design, CAD knowledge. • Safety approval knowledge. • Technical problem-solving skills. • Project management technique. • Project planning and scheduling. - Other Abilities: • Good level of English. • Innovation and change. • Promote teamwork. • Take initiative. • Communication, Cooperation. • Sense of responsibility. • Management skills & Negotiation.
