Senior Optical NPI Engineer (Video & Security Devices)

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical fields.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in NPI/Manufacturing, with 2-3 years specifically in Video devices (CCTV, NVR, WiFi Camera).

• In-depth knowledge of production line structures, including SMT, DIP, Assembly, Testing, and Packing.

• Proven experience working directly with EMS sub-contractors, preferably in video transmission equipment.

• Technical expertise in Image Signal Processing (ISP), WiFi standards (IEEE 802.11), and video compression (H.264/H.265).

• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure manufacturing environments.

• Proficiency in English for professional communication with global experts and technical documentation.

Work Location

• Minh Duc Industrial Park, Hung Yen Province (Shuttle bus provided).

Working Time

• Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM). Saturday & Sunday off
