- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional procurement certifications (CIPS/CPSM) are an advantage. - Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement/ supply chain, with at least 2 years in a strategic or specialist role. Shipbuilding or heavy industry background is highly preferred. - Skills & Competencies: - Advanced expertise in contract drafting and commercial law. - Proven experience in supplier auditing and compliance management. - Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for data analysis). - Strong strategic thinking and risk assessment abilities. - Superior negotiation and problem-solving skills under high-pressure environments. - Fluency in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken) for professional corporate communication. - Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.
