Education

  1. University degree, preferably in IT/ technical or business.
  2. Having any Business Analyst certificate (CCBC/CBAP) would be advantage

Experience

  1. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience is required.
  2. Minimum 1 years of experience in finance & banking
  3. Presentation, communication, and technical writing skills, with the ability to convey simple and complex information to technical and non-technical audiences
  4. Good at logical thinking, analysis, and researching skills.
  5. Experience in information technology projects
  6. Basic technical knowledge.

Skills

  1. Proficient drawing diagrams and prototyping tools
  2. Proven analytical abilities
  3. Practical experience generating process documentation and reports
  4. High self-study ability
  5. Good team work skills
  6. English communication skill

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

OBJECTIVES

  1. To assist and support for Head of Apps Department – Digital Customer
  2. Collect and analyze requirements/ feedback from clients, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and products.
  3. Communicate with the internal development team to ensure correct requirement understanding during implementation.
  4. Compose related documents such as release notes, and user manuals.
  5. Support internal testing to make sure of the correct data flow.
  6. Present ideas and features to related people.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Change requests and Projects:

  1. Conduct analysis of business and user needs in order to understand requirements. Lead and conduct interviewing tasks with business users.
  2. Convert the requirements/needs into technical models/terms/document that can be used by SW Development/System and DBA/Architect team to implement on mobile applictions.
  3. Working closely with IT development team and third-parties to design, validate, and manage the implementation of the solutions to requirements
  4. Maintain the updates of the documents developed during the requirement collection, analysis, system/application design.

  • Testing Delivery: review test case, perform UAT Testing
  • Support Delivery: Receive & deliver CR as per request from Business Unit
  • Undertake other tasks assigned by Manager
