Qualifications
● Education: English Language Pedagogy, Primary Education, TESOL, English Language, Curriculum & Instruction, or other majors related to Education
● Experience:
○ Minimum 02 years of teaching experience with students aged 6-17, preferably in international programs (Cambridge, American, International Baccalaureate) and/or TestPrep programs (IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, SSAT).
○ Minimum 02 years of experience with curriculum design and development of ESL, ELA, Phonics or U.S. standard programs for K-5 students, and has participated in or led educational curriculum development projects.
○ Preference will be given to candidates with experience in building curriculum, lesson plans, assessments, and digital learning materials, as well as an understanding of elementary Vietnamese students’ learning characteristics
● Professional Skills & Work Style:
○ Excellent communication: communicate clearly, accurately, and transparently within and across departments
○ Can-do attitude
○ Good time & task management
○ High tech profi ciency: familiar with Microsoft & Google Workspace; experienced in AI tools, EdTech solutions, and LMS.
○ Attention to details
○ Thorough and aware of how your work affects students, parents, teachers, operation staff, and other stakeholders in and out of the company.
○ Fresh graduates with strong potential will be considered
● Language: IELTS 7.0 or equivalent
● Salary Range: 15 - 17 Million VND

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Development and Oversight
● Lead the research, evaluation, and selection of curricula and coursebooks to ensure alignment with educational standards and organizational goals.
● Oversee the development of course outlines, syllabi, learning materials, and assessment methods for:
○ IGS's K-12 American Program, aligned with CCSS and NGSS.
○ Enrichment programs, including skill courses, summer camps, and academic competitions.
Leadership in Training and Collaboration
● Design and deliver advanced product training sessions for teachers, academic operation staff, and internal teams.
● Act as a mentor to junior R&D specialists, providing guidance and quality assurance on all academic projects.
Program Evaluation and Enhancement
● Monitor, evaluate, and analyze the effectiveness of academic programs and recommend strategic adjustments to improve student outcomes and engagement.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and integration of new initiatives.
Educational Technology Optimization
● Manage and innovate IGS's Learning Management Systems, focusing on optimizing lesson databases and improving the user experience.
● Research and implement advanced education technology solutions to enhance classroom effi ciency and student learning outcomes.
Cross-Departmental Support
● Represent the academic team in high-stakes recruitment events, competitions, and partnerships with external organizations.
● Provide strategic guidance to the Sales & Marketing department to align promotional efforts with academic standards.
