- Hybrid working: 3 days remote, 2 days onsite - About the Opportunity Step onto the frontlines of recruitment at a time of exciting expansion. As our Senior Recruiter, you’ll play a pivotal role in powering a hiring ramp-up for a renowned client. You won’t just fill roles - you’ll craft the backbone of their technology, engineering, manufacturing, and corporate teams. You will sign a contract with a third-party service provider and recruiting end to end for Coherent manufacturing nationwide. - In this role, you will: • Act as the primary talent partner on the ground at the client site • Drive full-cycle recruitment • Collaborate closely with line managers, HR, and APAC teams to shape hiring strategies • Identify and attract high-caliber professionals • Coordinate efficient interview processes, gather stakeholder feedback, and deliver outstanding hiring experiences • Guide candidates from screening to offer and onboarding, ensuring positive interactions at every stage • Present actionable reports and recruitment analytics, keeping decision-makers one step ahead • Uphold data accuracy and deliver on KPIs in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 09:00 - 18:00 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
