• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Urban Planning, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in design and project development.
• Practical experience in urban planning, high-rise and low-rise building design, and related infrastructure design.
• Experience with apartments, hotels, villas, shophouses, or large-scale urban development projects is preferred.
• Proficiency in related design software.
• Ability to read, review, and coordinate design drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English for communication and coordination

WORK PLACE & WORKING TIME
* Working place: Ho Chi Minh and Ha Noi
- HCM office: The Galleria office building, Thao Dien ward, Thu Duc district, Ho Chi Minh City
- Hanoi office:17 floor, PVI building, No.1 Pham Van Bach, Cau Giay ward, Hanoi City
* Working time: Mon – Fri (7:30 am – 17:00 pm, lunch break: 12:00 – 13:00) and Saturday (9:00 am -12:00am).
Experience with apartments, hotels, villas, shophouses, or large-scale urban development projects.
• Conduct project feasibility studies, market research, and project cash flow analysis
• Experience in urban and master planning, building design, and infrastructure design and coordination for large-scale urban and residential development projects.
• Coordinating with design consultants, specialist engineers, government authorities, and other project stakeholders throughout the design and project development process.
• Reviewing design drawings and technical documentation to ensure feasibility, quality, and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Knowledge and experience in investment procedures and project licensing processes are highly preferred.
• Perform other duties assigned by superiors and the Board of Directors.
