- Provide expertise and oversee environmental compliance, pollution prevention, stormwater and hazardous waste management at GBIA to ensure legal compliance, risk control and aim for safe, sustainable airport operations. - Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on environmental management related to airfield infrastructure, maintenance activities and operational areas. - Develop, implement and maintain operational procedures, standards and environmental monitoring programs in compliance with the 2020 Environmental Protection Law, airport policies and airport certification requirements. - Monitor compliance with Environmental Permits and ensure legal obligations are effectively enforced in all airfield maintenance activities. - Lead and coordinate periodic environmental monitoring programs (wastewater, emissions, noise, stormwater) as per legal regulations and permit conditions. - Prepare, store and submit complete environmental monitoring records and annual environmental protection reports to state management agencies. Organize periodic environmental compliance inspections and audits to timely identify risks, non-compliance points and improvement opportunities. - Build and monitor pollution prevention programs, stormwater management, drainage infrastructure, erosion control and minimize environmental risks at the airfield. Directly coordinate responses to chemical/oil spill incidents, pollution incidents and environmental emergencies affecting operations. - Monitor the operational status and performance of drainage systems, retention ponds, stormwater infrastructure to meet conditions in environmental permits. Strictly manage hazardous waste generated from maintenance activities (waste oil, batteries, bulbs...); control the storage, transportation and processing procedures in accordance with regulations. - Assess environmental impacts from maintenance activities, contractor construction and infrastructure development projects to propose appropriate mitigation measures. - Coordinate habitat and vegetation management with Wildlife Hazard Management Specialists, ensuring clear delineation of environmental compliance and flight safety responsibilities. - Provide technical advice to the Airfield Operations Department in case of pollution incidents to assess impacts and support the issuance of NOTAMs when necessary. - Serve as the primary liaison with the Department of Natural Resources & Environment of Bac Ninh Province and state management agencies regarding compliance, permitting and environmental reporting. - Closely coordinate with AOCC, Airfield Operations, Safety, Security & Compliance, maintenance teams and contractors to integrate environmental obligations into operations. - Manage the performance of consulting monitoring units, waste treatment contractors and environmental service partners; ensure compliance with contractual commitments. - Develop training programs, technical guidance materials to enhance awareness and compliance levels of environmental regulations for operational and maintenance teams. - Analyze monitoring data and audit results to identify trends, advise solutions to enhance environmental efficiency for Capex projects and asset upgrades. - Promote a culture of environmental responsibility, sustainable development and continuous improvement throughout airport operations. • Cấp bậc: • Loại công việc:
