●​ 5–7 years of Software Engineering experience, including 1–2 years of leading or

mentoring Junior Engineers.

●​ Strong experience with C#/.NET Core + TypeScript/React.

●​ Experience with MS SQL Server and relational database design.

●​ Experience with event-driven architecture, queues, asynchronous processing, and

failure modes.

●​ Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code: Terraform / AWS CDK / CloudFormation.

●​ Proven experience owning major initiatives from scoping to release, with a strong

production mindset around testing, observability, security, and CI/CD.

●​ Strong product mindset, proactive in shaping scope, with solid knowledge of Data

Structures & Algorithms.

●​ Proficient in Git and collaborative development workflows, with the ability to work

effectively with an existing codebase.

●​ Strong communication skills, with the ability to mentor Junior Engineers and a

willingness to learn.

●​ Nice to have: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate; experience with

MongoDB / DocumentDB / DynamoDB.

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

YOUR MAIN MISSIONS

●​ Develop and maintain a platform for KYC & Investigation purposes.

●​ Own initiatives end-to-end: clarify requirements, propose solutions, develop, release,

and operate.

●​ Lead Junior Engineers by providing technical direction, task breakdown/estimation,

code reviews, mentoring, and onboarding.

●​ Stay hands-on with C#/.NET Core, TypeScript, and React; troubleshoot defects,

production incidents, performance issues, and technical debt.

●​ Design and work with event-driven architecture, queues, and asynchronous

processing.

●​ Collaborate with the Architecture team to build scalable systems.

●​ Ensure testing, observability, security, CI/CD, and IaC for application-related AWS

infrastructure.

●​ Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and technical documentation;

leverage AI tools such as Claude Code throughout the SDLC.
