Yêu cầu công việc
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical field.
2. At least 1 year of experience in production planning and production management.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Power Automate.
4. Good data analysis, data management, and reporting skills.
5. IELTS 5.5 or higher, or an equivalent English proficiency qualification at CEFR B2 level or above.
6. High sense of responsibility, with a willingness to learn and continuously improve.

Công việc cụ thể là gì?
1. Source suppliers, analyze quotations and negotiate price, lead time, payment terms and other commercial conditions.
2. Manage purchasing activities including RFQ, PR/PO, RINGI/approval, Open PO and delivery follow-up in D365/ERP.
3. Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve delivery, quality, specification and supply issues.
4. Coordinate import/export shipments, forwarders, shipping documents and customs clearance, and follow up shipment abnormalities.
5. Support supplier management, cost reduction, logistics cost control and SCM reporting.
6. Maintain accurate SCM data and support D365/ERP, Supplier Portal, digitalization and process improvement activities.
7. Identify operational risks, take necessary actions, escalate issues and follow through until closure.
8. Support common SCM activities and other duties as assigned.
Position level will be decided based on the candidate's capability and interview performance.
