SHE Manager

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Safety, Environmental, Engineering, or related fields. - Minimum 7 years of experience in SHE/HSE/EHS, preferably in manufacturing companies. - Good English communication skills, including meetings, email, and reporting. - Practical experience in managing and developing a SHE team. - Strong knowledge of Vietnamese regulations related to Occupational Safety & Health, Environment, Fire Prevention & Fighting, and Chemical Safety. - Good knowledge and practical experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. - Experience in risk assessment, accident/incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions. - Experience in dealing with government authorities, external audits, and compliance inspections. - Strong leadership, people management, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members. - Proactive, responsible, and able to respond and make decisions promptly when SHE issues occur. - Experience in large-scale FDI/manufacturing companies or multi-factory operations is preferred. - Relevant SHE professional certificates are an advantage.
