  • Graduated or about to graduate in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Zero experience? No worries – structured on-the-job training from day one
  • Basic blueprint reading; AutoCAD is a plus
  • Good knowledge of construction & engineering principles
  • Fair command of English
  • Computer skills: Word, Excel, AutoCAD
  • High sense of responsibility
  • Proactive learning attitude; adaptability to site environments
  • Ability to handle intense work pressure & deliver on time
  • Ability to work individually & collaborate within a team

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

  • Site Supervision & Construction Engineering: Directly present on site; assist in surveying, setting out gridlines, and benchmark elevations; cross-check shop drawings against actual site conditions to identify and resolve technical clashes early.
  • Site Coordination & Inspection/Handover: Allocate site work areas, expedite progress across direct labor and subcontractors; conduct internal quality inspections and coordinate formal handovers with the Supervision Consultant and the Client.
  • Inspect and verify incoming materials; strictly enforce occupational health and safety protocols in compliance with Japanese standards
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain the daily site log; compile actual completed work quantities and submit periodic progress reports to the Site Manager.
