Site ES&HS Coordinator

The position will report to Country ES&HS Manager and work closely with Construction and Asset Management teams as well as EPC/ contractors to make sure all the ES&HS standards and requirements of the country and BECIS Group fully applied and followed on project sites. Key Responsibilities: • Identify, assess, and manage ES&HS risks associated with solar PV construction, installation, commissioning, and operational activities in Vietnam. • Implement and enforce the country and Group's ES&HS policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring compliance with legal, customer, and company requirements. • Review and maintain site ES&HS documentation, permits, records, and reports. • Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks (TBT), safety training, inspections, audits, and safety observations. • Monitor high-risk activities and ensure effective control measures are implemented. • Perform daily site safety inspections and proactively address unsafe acts and conditions. • Coordinate incident, accident, and near-miss investigations, ensuring timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions. • Monitor and report ES&HS performance metrics and key statistics to management. • Prepare and submit required ES&HS reports, notifications, permits, and statutory documentation to relevant local authorities and government agencies. • Support regulatory inspections, audits, and compliance reviews. • Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement. • Perform other ES&HS-related duties as assigned by the Country ES&HS Manager and management team. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 09:00 - 18:00 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
