Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical), Construction Management, or a related technical field. - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in field supervision, site management, or installation of elevators, escalators, or similar mechanical systems. - Proven track record in managing installation teams and subcontractors on construction sites. - Familiarity with safety regulations, quality standards, and construction site protocols. - Deep understanding of safety standards and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. - Strong understanding of installation processes, mechanical systems, and site logistics. - Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams; skilled in conflict resolution and team empowerment. - Competent in planning, scheduling, and managing resources to meet project milestones. - Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing communication skills; able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders. - Proactive in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions. - Knowledge of Lean tools and techniques; ability to drive process improvements. - Comfortable using digital tools for reporting, documentation, and communication (e.g., MS Office, project management software).

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

- Ensure safe, high-quality, and productive installation and handovers. - Enforce KONE installation methods and tools, conduct risk assessments when deviations are needed, and resolve non-conformities in collaboration with the Project Manager. - Lead proactive site readiness, including audits, customer deliverables, and resolution of issues. - Review and manage site execution plans, field costs, and installation activities from pre-delivery to handover. - Plan and coordinate material requests, deliveries, and site logistics. - Organize installation schedules, resources, and tools. - Drive variation sales and change orders, ensuring cost recovery. - Verify installation quality, perform final testing, and close outstanding issues. - Serve as the primary site contact for the customer, ensuring proactive, timely communication. - Ensure all installers, testers, and contractors are properly trained, certified, and competent to perform assigned tasks. - Promote a safe, motivated, and supportive work environment for all site operatives. - Champion the use of Lean principles to enhance standard work practices. • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
