- Knowledge of sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management processes. - Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and technical drawings is preferred. - Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and cost analysis skills. - Good planning, organization, and time management skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); ERP/SAP experience is an advantage. - Good command of English for business communication; Chinese proficiency is a plus. - Ability to work independently and effectively in a cross-functional environment under pressure. - Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. - At least 2 years of experience in sourcing, purchasing, supply chain management, or project management in a manufacturing environment. Candidates with technical knowledge or an engineering background are preferred. - Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
