Education/Certificates: Bachelor's degree or higher; Business Administration preferred.
Language: Fluent English (mandatory)
Expertise/ Knowledge:
- Creative thinking; able to apply Design Thinking to problem solving.
- Strong research, analysis and synthesis skills.
- Clear and concise report writing and presentation skills.
Experience:
- Preference for experience in Sustainable Development (ESG, carbon, green metals, green finance, etc.).
- 2-3 years of experience in an equivalent position.
Other soft skills: Proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and a results-oriented mindset.
Work style: Professional, agile
Working hours: Full-time.
- 8:15 – 17:15 from Monday to Friday morning each week
- 8:15 – 12:15 on Saturday (flexible; may work online from home)
Other requirements:
- Able to work under pressure and at high intensity
- Able to communicate with clients and travel for business

Công việc cụ thể là gì?
1. Research and propose new development models
- Research markets, industry trends and competitors.
- Analyze data and provide well-founded assessments supported by clear evidence.
- Propose new business models, products and solutions for the Company.
2. Plan and implement approved ideas
- Develop detailed action plans covering objectives, roadmap, resources, budget and KPIs.
- Coordinate relevant departments to implement pilot projects.
- Monitor and evaluate results, and propose adjustments and scale-up.
3. Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
