Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

- Solid understanding of structural design principles and statics

- Experience and deep understanding of structural design software

- Experience with Eurocodes and ACI standards

- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and teamwork skills

- Decent English conversational skills, good English communication skills is a plus

- Curious, proactive can-do attitude, and eager to grow in an international working environment

- Fresh graduates with strong fundamentals are welcome to apply

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform structural analysis and design of buildings in line with international standards

- Develop structural FEM models using professional software

- Provide structural design services from conceptual to construction stage

- Prepare structural analysis reports and technical documentation in English, German, or Vietnamese

- Collaborate with BIM, CAD, and project teams to deliver high-quality structural design models and drawings

- Participate in meetings, support day-to-day project execution, and ensure design accuracy

- (Senior level) Review and validate design work of junior engineers, ensure compliance with internal quality standards, and provide training to junior engineers
