Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree in business analytics, data analytics, data science, statistics, business administration, computer science or related field from a recognized university (HUST, VNU, FTU, NEU...) - 2+ years of work experience in data analytics, business intelligence, operations analytics, or supply chain analytics. - Strong Data Analytics Skills (Must: descriptive and diagnostic analytics). - Experience with Data Visualization and tools: SQL, Python, PowerBI, Tableau... - Ability to convert complex data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations. - Experience working in the Supply Chain domain (manufacturing, inventory, fulfilment, product quality, etc.) is highly preferred. - Fluent English to independently work with stakeholders. - Strong Communication Skills to present insights to operational teams. - Experience in e-commerce operations or supply chain analytics is a strong advantage.

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

- Analyze operational data across the supply chain, including: - Production performance - Inventory health - Order fulfillment efficiency - Return, replace, and refund rates - Product quality - Operational cost - Analyze customer feedback data, return/refund/replace rate to diagnose product issues related to: - Size and fit - Fabric and material quality - Manufacturing defects - Packaging and shipping damage - Design and build dashboards (Amazon Quick Sight) that provide visibility into supply chain performance, covering key areas such as: - Product quality monitoring - Customer feedback tracking - Production progress - Partner Performance (Factory, Warehouse, etc.) - Work closely with: - Partner Management team - Production team - Technical Designers - Continuously improve data quality, reporting frameworks, and analytical methodologies. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 09:00 - 18:00 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
