Job Description

The Supply Chain Excellence Operation Specialist is responsible for driving operational efficiency, scaling processes, and eliminating manual workloads across the end-to-end supply chain. This role focuses on re-engineering traditional workflows by leveraging advanced automation (SQL, Power BI, RPA, low-code/no-code platforms) and AI-driven tools. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy supply chain professional dedicated to converting manual, repetitive data tasks into streamlined, predictive, and autonomous operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Master data: to standardize the master data includes vendor master data, order management master data in order to build weekly report with dashboard, support the scenario planning and action plan to deliver the business target.

• Data Visualization: Design clear visual documentation, including process flowcharts, real time KPI dash board (Power BI, Tableau) tracking supply chain efficiency, cost savings, and human-hour reduction metrics, data relationship maps, and system interaction diagrams (using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, Power BI) to ensure absolute alignment between Supply Chain toward vendors as well as the management team

• Process Comprehension: Deeply analyze and map current and future-state supply chain processes, defining the exact business rules, workflows, and edge cases required to optimize inventory across the global distribution network and supply planning decision-making. Translate complex fulfillment dynamics, vendor lead times, capacity constraints into clear, logical steps and actionable system rules.

• Process Automation & Elimination: Identify, map, and eliminate manual data entry, repetitive reporting, and fragmented workflows across logistics, procurement, and inventory management using RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and low-code tools.

• Workflow Optimization: Design and implement automated workflows (e.g., automated vendor communication, instant exception alerts, self-correcting inventory thresholds) to maximize operational throughput.

• System Integration: Collaborate with IT, Supply Chain Planner and Data Engineering teams to bridge gaps between legacy ERP systems (Oracle) and modern automation layers via APIs and webhooks.

• Change Management & Upskilling: Act as an internal champion for digital transformation, training operational teams on how to interact with new AI tools and automated frameworks.
