ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Team Management • Organize, assign and monitor SCM team activities. • Coach, train and develop team members. • Evaluate employee performance and identify development opportunities. • Build an effective and collaborative SCM organization. 2. Material Planning & Inventory Management • Review customer forecast to calculate material requirements. Ensure material availability to supply production plan. • Monitor inventory levels, inventory turnover and material consumption. • Analyze material usage variances and investigate root causes of abnormal consumption. • Monitor material costs against budget targets to achieve cost and profitability objectives. • Review shortage risks and implement recovery actions. • Oversee warehouse operations and inventory accuracy. • Improve warehouse efficiency and inventory control processes. 3. Procurement Management • Develop sourcing and procurement strategies. • Lead supplier selection and supplier development activities. • Conduct commercial negotiations regarding price, payment terms and service conditions. • Manage procurement budget and review purchase commitments. • Drive supplier performance improvement on quality, delivery and cost. • Lead localization and cost reduction initiatives. • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, customer requirements and applicable regulatory requirements. • Identify procurement risks related to supply continuity, compliance and regulatory requirements and implement mitigation actions. • Prepare supplier payment plans report. 4. Logistics Management • Take full ownership of import-export and logistics operations to ensure regulatory compliance, business continuity and customer satisfaction. • Advising solutions to critical Logistics problems while maintaining high levels of quality and service within budgetary requirements. • Researching, continuously updating information on regulatory changes affecting import/export procedures, organizing, synthesizing, explaining and training relevant customs legal regulations to internal stakeholders to ensure company’s logistics activities in compliance with applicable Laws/Regulations. • Lead shipment planning, customs activities, transportation coordination and delivery execution to support production and customer requirements. • Act as the primary contact with customers, customs authorities, forwarders and logistics partners to resolve operational issues and maintain effective collaboration. • Oversee import-export documentation, customs declarations, HS classifications and customs reporting to ensure compliance and minimize operational risks. • Yearly submit liquidation report to Customs on time. 5. Factory Planning • Responsibility to contact/confirm with customer and stakeholder about production forecasts. • Evaluate customer demand and production capacity and work closely with the Production Leader to establish appropriate production schedules. • Estimate equipment and labor requirements for production. • Monitor project COGS and profitability and drive cross-functional actions to achieve business targets. • Analyze monthly COGS and business results and recommend improvement actions and production incentive plans. • Monitor and report departmental performance monthly to support business decision-making. • Ngày làm việc: • Giờ làm việc: • Cấp bậc: • Loại công việc:
