- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Asset Management or related technical field. - Minimum 15 years of experience in engineering, airport infrastructure or asset management; including at least 8 years in leadership roles in multidisciplinary technical and maintenance organizations. - Proven capability in developing maintenance strategies, technical governance frameworks, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) models, and effectively managing outsourced maintenance contracts in complex operational environments. - Deep understanding of Vietnamese aviation technical requirements, airport infrastructure management, infrastructure reliability, and asset lifecycle planning. - Experience working effectively with aviation regulatory authorities, government agencies, and technical contractors; preference for candidates with practical experience in the Airport Readiness and Transfer Program (ORAT).

- Master's degree in Engineering Management, Asset Management or Business Administration (MBA) is an advantage. - Professional Engineer registration or recognized engineering certification (Chartered Status) is an advantage. - Training in Safety Management Systems (SMS) according to ICAO standards. - Certification in ISO 55001 Asset Management System is an advantage. - International project management certification (such as PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) is an advantage.

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

- Lead the strategy and comprehensive management of technical, maintenance, and asset management operations at GBIA to ensure absolute safety, optimize operational reliability, and enhance readiness for all strategic development milestones of the airport. - Direct the Technical & Maintenance Division, overseeing the development and implementation of Technical & Maintenance Strategies aligned with the strategic goals of the airport enterprise. - Establish technical governance frameworks, operational standards, and maintenance policies to ensure airport infrastructure is safe, compliant, and reliable throughout its lifecycle. - Monitor the development of the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system, identify technical performance KPI metrics, and asset reliability targets to optimize operational readiness. - Ensure full integration of technical risk management and infrastructure performance objectives into the Airport Safety Management System (SMS). - Promote technology innovation initiatives, digital asset management solutions, and inter-departmental collaboration to enhance integrated operational performance. - Direct technical activities supporting the Airport Readiness and Transfer Program (ORAT), ensuring infrastructure and systems are ready for Day One. - Oversee the acceptance of assets, conduct testing, and implement comprehensive maintenance regimes for all terminal systems, airside (AGL, ILS, NAVAIDs), and ancillary infrastructure. - Manage the mobilization and performance control of outsourced maintenance contractors, conduct technical audits, and rectify deficiencies to maintain infrastructure reliability. - Ensure technical systems and infrastructure management processes comply with ICAO standards (SARPs), Vietnamese aviation regulations, effectively serving the airport certification process. - Represent the airport enterprise in dealings with regulatory authorities during technical inspections and audits, directing the resolution of related issues. - Strategically guide, train, and develop the leadership team of the Technical & Maintenance Division, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and high performance. - Plan human resources, succession strategies, and technical capability enhancement programs to ensure sustainable organizational development. - Manage the operational budget of the division, optimizing maintenance costs, technical resources, and outsourcing service costs. - Lead digital transformation programs, innovation initiatives, and maintain strategic partnerships with contractors, consultants, technology partners, and regulatory agencies. - Represent the Airport Director in operational responses and resolution of serious technical incidents or infrastructure issues to ensure business continuity. • Cấp bậc: • Loại công việc:
