- Scope: Provide expert technical service and support for Industrial Printing (IP) and related machinery, ensuring peak performance and exceptional customer satisfaction by adhering to established standard operating procedures. 1. Key Responsibilities: Daily Field Operations • Routine Maintenance & Diagnostics: Perform scheduled maintenance, technical diagnostics, and necessary break/fix repairs on assigned printing equipment, strictly following defined procedures. • Installation & Removal: Execute equipment installations and removals under the standardized guidelines and safety protocols. • Production Monitoring: Conduct daily monitoring of printing production parameters to ensure consistent color accuracy and operational stability, reporting findings as per standard protocols. • Parts & Inventory Management: Manage personal parts inventory, assist with ordering consumables, and meticulously track service costs, all in compliance with company procedures. • Service Documentation: Accurately complete and submit all required service documentation, including detailed daily work data, into the C4C system according to established timelines. • Customer Training: Deliver structured training to end-users on equipment operation and care, whether remotely or on-site, using approved training materials and methods. • Issue Resolution & Escalation: Address customer technical issues efficiently, escalate complex problems to the appropriate internal teams following defined escalation paths. • Customer Satisfaction: Proactively ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional conduct and adherence to service excellence standards during every interaction. 2. Skill Development • Continuous Learning: Actively utilize e-learning and training resources; collaborate to share knowledge and best practices across the team. • Field Expertise: Apply technical skills effectively in direct customer environments, with distributors, and for end-users. • Specialized Focus: Develop advanced proficiency in Color Management, Production Printing, and Industrial Printing. 3.
