- Bachelor's degree or college degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields. - 2–5 years of experience in Technical Engineering, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related position. - Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production engineering. - Knowledge of engineering drawings, specifications and dimensional tolerances. - Knowledge of process control and process optimization. - Basic knowledge of problem-solving and root cause analysis. - Good problem-solving and analytical skills. - Good understanding of manufacturing processes. - Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications. - Ability to analyze production data and identify process abnormalities. - Good English reading and writing skills for technical documents.
