JOB Educational
• Intermediate or College Graduate in Engineering or Science is required. A major in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry,
Materials Science, or a related field is preferred.
• At leasr 1 year or above IE/Lean manufacturing. Experience management experiences in multi- national company. Project management experience will be a plus.
• Basic English reading and writing. Chinese listening & speaking will be a plus.
- IE/Lean manufacturing experiences in manufacturing industry.
Abilities
• AutoCAD, MS office software.

BASIC FUNCTION OF THE JOB
• Maintain IE standards.
• Capacity planning and management.
• Layout planning.
• Assist IE Engineer.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain & update IE standards (efficiency, HPU, capacity model, OEE) & systems.
1. IE Standards 30% 1 DL Efficiency and OEE monitoring.
• Assist IE engineer work.
• Work out capacity ramp plan together with teams and manage ramp progress.

• Optimize allocation of manufacturing resources and management solve emergency capacity issues.
