- Quantity: 01 people - College diploma or university degree. Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Chemicals or related fields preferred. - Vietnamese with clear communication skills. English communication ability preferred. - Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM/customer database systems is an advantage. - Basic understanding of B2B sales and commercial processes. Chemical or industrial product knowledge is an advantage and can be developed through training. - Strong communication and listening skills; telephone prospecting; follow-up discipline; negotiation; organization; time management; basic commercial numeracy and problem solving. - Proactive, persistent, patient, honest, responsible, commercially minded and comfortable with regular outbound customer contact. - Preferably 1 year or more in inside sales, telesales, telemarketing, B2B sales or sales consulting. Experience in chemicals or industrial distribution is preferred but not mandatory.
