Yêu cầu công việc

• Học vấn: Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Thiết kế nội thất, Kiến trúc hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.

• Kinh nghiệm: 4–5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương; ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực khách sạn, nghỉ dưỡng (Hospitality).

• Portfolio: Có hồ sơ năng lực thể hiện các dự án nội thất, đặc biệt là bản vẽ kỹ thuật và chi tiết triển khai.

• Kỹ năng: Tỉ mỉ, có khả năng tổ chức công việc, xử lý nhiều nhiệm vụ cùng lúc và làm việc nhóm hiệu quả dưới áp lực.

• Tư duy: Chủ động, sáng tạo, có khả năng giải quyết vấn đề và tinh thần học hỏi.

Công ty Design Lab đang tìm kiếm Technical Interior Designer có tư duy kỹ thuật tốt và sự tỉ mỉ để đồng hành cùng đội ngũ thiết kế trong việc biến những ý tưởng sáng tạo thành các giải pháp thi công thực tế.


Ở vị trí này, bạn sẽ phụ trách triển khai bản vẽ kỹ thuật, bố trí mặt bằng công năng, phát triển hồ sơ thiết kế thi công và đảm bảo các phương án thiết kế đáp ứng yêu cầu kỹ thuật, tiêu chuẩn chất lượng cũng như quy chuẩn xây dựng hiện hành.


Mô tả công việc:

  1. Phối hợp thiết kế: Phát triển các giải pháp nội thất tối ưu công năng, phù hợp với yêu cầu dự án.
  2. Triển khai bản vẽ: Thực hiện bản vẽ kỹ thuật gồm mặt bằng, mặt đứng, mặt cắt và chi tiết đồ nội thất bằng AutoCAD, Revit hoặc phần mềm liên quan.
  3. Hồ sơ kỹ thuật: Chuẩn bị hồ sơ thi công, bảng thống kê vật liệu và thông số kỹ thuật theo tiêu chuẩn hiện hành.
  4. Kiểm soát chất lượng: Kiểm tra bản vẽ shop drawing, mẫu vật liệu và đảm bảo tính nhất quán với thiết kế đã duyệt.
  5. Phối hợp dự án: Làm việc với các bộ phận nội bộ, nhà thầu và đơn vị tư vấn để đảm bảo tiến độ và chất lượng bàn giao.
  6. Cập nhật chuyên môn: Nghiên cứu vật liệu mới, xu hướng thiết kế và giải pháp thi công tiên tiến.


We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Interior Designer to bridge the gap between creative concepts and technical execution. You will be responsible for space planning, construction documentation, and ensuring all designs comply with building codes. Working closely with our design team, you will transform conceptual visions into precise technical drawings and specifications to ensure seamless project delivery.


* Responsibilities:

• Design Collaboration: Partner with the design team to develop innovative, functional interior solutions that align with client requirements and project goals.

• Technical Documentation: Produce high-quality technical drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections, and joinery details) using AutoCAD, Revit, or related software.

• Specifications & Standards: Develop comprehensive construction packages, including material schedules, technical specifications, and adherence to industry standards/building codes.

• Quality Control: Review shop drawings, material samples, and prototypes to ensure strict compliance with design intent and quality benchmarks.

• Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, new materials, and advanced construction techniques to optimize project outcomes.

• Cross-functional Coordination: Communicate effectively with internal teams and external consultants to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
