• Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electronics or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 4 years work experience in Technical Project Management/manufacturing process engineering and familiar with final assembly process.
• Good English written and oral skill.
• Experience in Consumer Electronics/PCB/Mechanical/Module assembly would be a great advantage
• Strong technical knowledge in product and process related work
• Professional knowledge in the tools and its practice such as Cp/Cpk, DFx, PFMEA, DOE, PMP etc..
• Excellent communication, coordination and team management skills.
• Good attitude, enthusiasm, pro-active and team work spirit.
Experience in Consumer Electronics/PCB/Mechanical/Module assembly would be a great advantage.
• To lead DFM review, drive design for manufacturing and design for reliability reviews of NPI products/concepts at supplier and lead activities to optimize product and process designs.
• Make recommendations for product/process design changes & final assembly standards/limits that have direct impact to final product cost, quality and delivery.
• Co-work with cross- functional team and suppliers to define, validate and qualify the production line layout, process flow chart, line balancing.
• Assembly process definition/design and investigate alternate assembly methods/equipment and automation to reduce headcount on assembly lines and increase process controls to prevent potential failures reaching customer.
• Process development, validation and qualification of NPI projects.
• Continues improvement for process improvement and optimization.
• PFMEA and PMP development, review & approval.
• Yield improvement and critical failures FA/CA
• Failure/Data analysis - Plan, develop and implement procedures to test and evaluate products. Make recommendations for product design changes and final assembly standards.
