Job SummaryWe are looking for a Translator to provide full-time translation support to the Site Office, particularly the Contract/Claims and Project teams. The role focuses on translating and reviewing contractual, technical and project-related documents while ensuring accuracy, consistency and professional document presentation.Key Responsibilities• Provide full-time translation support to the Site Office, Contract/Claims and Project teams.• Translate and review contractual, technical and project-related documents and correspondence between English and Vietnamese, including letters, notices, submissions, meeting minutes, reports and project records.• Ensure accurate and consistent use of contractual and technical terminology across project documents.• Assist with proofreading, editing, formatting and preparation of project documents and correspondence.• Use Microsoft Office effectively, particularly MS Word, for document preparation and formatting.• Utilize AI tools to support translation, proofreading and document review, while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.• Coordinate with relevant teams to clarify technical or contractual content when needed. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 09:00 - 18:00 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
