4. Qualifications:
What skills, expertise, or behavioral traits are needed to succeed in this position?
- Solid understanding of inbound receiving, order fulfillment and inventory control processes.
- Hands-on experience working with 3PL providers, WMS/OMS systems and domestic carriers.
- Strong data skills in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookup functions, large-dataset reconciliation).
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset; high attention to detail.
- Good communication and negotiation skills with vendors, carriers and internal teams.
- Ability to work under pressure during peak periods (mega sales, campaigns).
- English reading proficiency for documents and system use.
5. Required experience & education:
What is the education or work experience needed to qualify for this position?
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Experience in cosmetics, FMCG or e-commerce fulfillment is a strong advantage.

The Warehouse & Logistics Executive is responsible for end-to-end execution of inbound receiving and domestic outbound order fulfillment.
1. Key Responsibilities:
What are the most frequent and most important essential work activities, teams, and outcomes they are responsible for?
Inbound (20%)
- Plan and schedule inbound shipment from suppliers based on POs, coordinate receiving slots with the 3PL warehouse.
- Verify received quantities, packaging specifications, batch/lot numbers and expiry dates against POs and approved specifications.
- Handle discrepancies upon receipt: shortage, overage, damage, wrong items
- Ensure goods are put away and available for sale in the system within the agreed timeline.
Domestics Outbound Fulfillment (35%)
- Manage the order flow from the OMS to the 3PL WMS for B2B/B2C Orders
- Monitor daily order processing and handover to carriers against SLAs; escalate and resolve backlogs, failed deliveries and lost or damaged parcels.
- Reconcile 3PL invoices with Finance.
Inventory Control & Return (25%)
- Conduct periodic cycle counts and reconcile stock between the 3PL, the internal system and Accounting.
- Apply FEFO and monitor near-expiry, slow-moving and defective stock; propose clearance or disposal actions.
- Coordinate inspection of returned goods with the 3PL and relevant teams, classify returns (restockable / defective / disposal), and keep system stock accurate.
3PL & Carrier Performance Management (10%)
- Track 3PL and carrier performance against SLAs and KPIs; prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Compare carrier rates, service levels and reliability; recommend cost-saving and service-improvement options.
Other tasks as arranged by line manager (10%)

- Order accuracy: >99%
- Inventory accuracy: >99%
- On-time handover: follow SLA
- Cost per order: within budget
3. Interdepartmental communication
What are the primary people contacts in this job? With whom? What purpose?
How Often?
- Supply Chain: daily coordination
- Sales: daily coordination on order status, delivery issues and returns.
- Finance: monthly stock reconciliation, COD and carrier invoice reconciliation
- 3PL parties: daily operational coordination and performance reviews
