Công việc cụ thể là gì?

- Receive requested materials from various suppliers after careful review of delivery notes, inspects items, where applicable MSDS, enter data into the computer and print goods received notes based on receipt material procedure. - Checks material labels completed by Warehouse Assistant with their corresponding item codes. - Stores materials in their allocated racks/location. - Record received materials in the warehouse system and prepare Goods Received Notes (GRN). - Issue materials, spare parts, fuel, and special tools in accordance with Warehouse Demands (SD), Work Orders (WO), and warehouse procedures. - Records disbursed materials/transactions on the warehouse disbursement report sheet. - Provides regular physical verification (inventory) on all stock items. - Checks any discrepancies that are the result of the inventory check. - Provides recommendation report on item status (re-ordering, proper locations and discrepancies). - Files and keeps all daily transactions such as GRN (Goods Received Notice), SD (Warehouse Demand), individual tools/accessories files and inventory reports etc. - Coordinates with other departments regarding the location and inventory of spare parts. - Delivers parts and materials among different Warehouse locations. - Follows health and safety procedures for the Section, especially those applicable to chemicals, flammable liquids, and gases. - Receives and issues fuel to the Port Equipment as per Warehouse procedures. - Prepares and delivers material for technician as per work order (WO). - Receives and issues Special Tools as per WO and Warehouse procedures. - Runs PR for the items in the minimum stock. - Provides complete and accurate reports to Warehouse Supervisor/Head of department, as needed. - Performs all inspection for incoming, outgoing materials and physical condition of warehouse and equipment. - Takes precautions to protect warehouse contents against loss. • Cấp bậc: • Loại công việc:
