- Receive, inspect, and record returned warranty failure parts from dealers based on approved claims; verify defect condition, completeness, and consistency with claim information; maintain full traceability and status control. - Manage labeling, storage, and condition status of returned parts pending investigation or shipment; ensure 5S, safety, and compliance. - Coordinate with warranty team and dealers to follow up on missing, overdue, or documentation-incomplete return cases. - Prepare and arrange shipment of failure parts to IML/IMIT/local suppliers within standard lead time; provide inspection results, photos, and part condition reports to support investigation. - Prepare periodic reports on returned parts status, overdue cases, and shipment progress; propose improvement actions to reduce delays and claim/part mismatches. - Control and issue warranty booklets, customer care vouchers; review and process dealer warranty registration submissions for approval. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 07:30 - 17:10 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
