1. Carry out psychological consultation for students. - Psychological counseling for students in various forms. - Develop a plan to develop psychological consultation work. - Develop and conduct surveys to collect more information about psychological counseling activities. - Plan and implement activities for the early detection of and support for students. - Make periodic reports to the Board of School and relevant agencies (as requested). - Work closely with key stakeholders in priority cases, including parents, homeroom and subject teachers, supervisors as well as members of the School Board. - Organize psychological workshops and activities, training as well as integrate the reports into CC’s major reports. - Organize training and manage activities of class consultants. 2. Carrying out career counseling for students. - Develop a plan to develop career counseling work. - Develop and conduct surveys to collect more information about career orientation. - Build information source data to support consultation and career orientation. - Participate in building career orientation education programs for students. - Organize and conduct career orientation topics, tests, tours, and career/local university fairs as well as integrate the reflections into CC’s major reports. 3. In charge of the Life Skills program for students. - Teaching the Life Skills program as assigned by the PD. - Carry out professional tasks as required by the PD such as developing teaching plans, lesson plans, designing learning activities for students, assessment exams, marking assignments, entering scores... - Participate in teacher professional development activities. 4. Assist other tasks related to the development of students and the needs of CC. - Assist in the development of programs that promote the key functions of the Counseling Center, in the areas of mental health and wellbeing, career orientation and life skills. - Support translation work in the consultation center from time to time. 5.
