Korea Environment Corporation (K-eco) is a public institution of the Republic of Korea dedicated to environmental improvement, resource circulation, pollution prevention, and climate response. K-eco is establishing its Vietnam Representative Office in Ho Chi Minh City to strengthen communication and cooperation with Vietnamese authorities and stakeholders, support headquarters-led activities, and enhance local coordination in the environmental sector. The Vietnam Representative Office will support liaison, communication, policy and market research, information collection, reporting, and coordination related to environmental cooperation between Korea and Vietnam. It will also support K-eco headquarters-led international cooperation activities, including greenhouse gas reduction projects under Article 6 of the Paris Agreement and monitoring of climate and environment-related procurement projects financed by Multilateral Development Banks (MDBs) in Vietnam.
