• Minimum 7-10 years of accounting experience, preferably within banks or financial institutions. • Robust knowledge of financial accounting, management accounting, and auditing, with deep expertise in Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). • Strong understanding of banking products, operations, and accounting treatments. • Up-to-date knowledge of state laws, tax regulations, and government policies governing corporate accounting. • Leadership & Execution: Solid planning, organizational, and team management skills, with the ability to guide and implement new policies smoothly. • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word. • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field. • Solid knowledge of accounting standards in IFRS, VAS, banking regulations, and tax laws. • Professional accounting certifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent are an advantage. • Proficiency in English for business communication (Korean proficiency is a plus)
